Meet Our Team

Ronald Mubiito, MS Psychotherapist & Life Coach
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their potential, including those navigating anxiety, emotional distress, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients seek clarity, stability, and meaningful change, with the goal of better understanding themselves, building emotional resilience, and developing healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.

I hold a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and a background in Philosophy and Behavioral Studies, which inform my integrative, thoughtful approach to care. I have experience working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, attachment and communication challenges, and overall emotional wellbeing. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy alongside life coaching, offering individualized care through assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions that support both emotional healing and personal growth.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and psychodynamically informed. I create a supportive and collaborative space to explore internal experiences and external stressors, identify patterns, clarify goals, and develop practical strategies that foster emotional balance, self-awareness, and lasting change. I value ethical practice, collaboration, and strong therapeutic relationships, and I believe you do not have to walk this journey alone.
Keri Sullivan LADC-1, PhD Candidate
I currently hold a Master of Science in clinical addiction psychology, a Master of Science in clinical forensic psychology, am enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy program in forensic psychology, and am committed to providing culturally informed, empathetic care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I predominantly work with justice-involved adults (probation, parole, reentry) who struggle with substance use and/or mental health disorders, along with other social determinants of health. I also work with non-justice involved adults with substance use and/or mental health disorders, along with other social determinants of health. I aim to promote overall psychological wellbeing through emphasizing a holistic, client-centered, strength-based approach that recognizes the intricate interplay between trauma, current psychological functioning, and pathways for recovery and individual development.

I also provide full psychological testing services for justice-involved individuals for both mental health and substance use disorders.

My approach integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT/CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Person-Centered therapeutic techniques to improve overall psychological functioning. I am dedicated to adhering to ethical standards of practice, maintaining cultural competence, and providing a non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients feel safe and heard.

Mercy Micheni Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN, PMHNP

I embarked on my journey in the mental health field with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental illness and fostering a sense of hope and healing while working in various psychiatric units and MH facilities.

As a PMHNP has allowed me to specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of MH disorders, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and provide holistic care to promote overall well-being and recovery.

What is your approach to providing care?
Take a holistic and patient-centered approach by addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of the individual’s well-being.

Conduct an assessment of the individual’s MH history, current symptoms, and psychosocial factors.

Prioritize building a therapeutic relationship, actively listen, validate experiences, and collaborate to set realistic goals for treatment.

Provide evidence-based interventions including psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.

What can clients expect from their first session with you?
Clients can expect to feel supported, empowered, and hopeful after a session with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
